It has some unique characteristics that make it an iconic model in the market. The Grand Tourer (or GT) is not just a 700S or something with a lot of bells and whistles. Everything is new with the McLaren GT: chassis, engine, bodywork, everything. The McLaren GT is longer than any Sports or Super Series model.<\/p>\n<p>The company says the GT reflects the Speedtail concept. The car is very elegant, but from certain angles it seems awkward. At the same time, the angular forms of British design are guessed. It is accessed through the rear tailgate. McLaren says there&#039;s room in the rear trunk for bags, skis and golf clubs.<\/p>\n<p>This way you won&#039;t damage the cargo hold while loading up your gear, but a special interior trim called SuperFabric is optional. This property is provided by the new Proactive Damping Control suspension system. The new chassis creates a new level of comfort and, in combination with the hydraulic steering system, creates the right dynamics and formula-level control.<\/p>\n<p>McLaren has gone so far as to optimize braking and steering at lower speeds for everyday use. The ride height is designed for ease of use in urban environments.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%D0%98%D0%BD%D1%82%D0%B5%D1%80%D1%8C%D0%B5%D1%80\"><\/span>Interior<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>According to the company, the infotainment system is also new and is the most sophisticated of any McLaren model to date. It provides navigation display and real-time traffic information. The interface works like a smartphone through the seven-inch central touch screen. The package of features and capabilities includes satellite navigation, Bluetooth, media streaming and voice activation. The touchscreen also controls heating and ventilation, so the total number of switches on the dashboard is kept to a minimum.<\/p>\n<p>Stereo sound with 12 speakers is amazing. Bowers System Wilkins with woofers is made of carbon fiber. The midrange drivers are made from Kevlar.<\/p>\n<p>Nappa leather is standard on all vehicles of the brand. Versions in soft luxurious leather or Alcantara are available as upgrades. A special cashmere interior will be available by the end of the year. Either way, the McLaren GT&#039;s seats are electrically adjustable and heated. They provide support for the shoulders and back when moving long distances.
