Previewed in a sketch released last week, today we saw another video linked to another we saw two days ago.
In this spy video, we see a brand new Kia Proceed Shooting Brake with less camouflage (they used thin "GT" decals to cover the body) as well as an interior, with a D-shaped steering wheel that, apart from
Youtuber, Vadim Ovsyankin, was driving around the Frankfurt area and despite what you might imagine this GT variant is automatic and not manual and we wonder if there could be a 7 speed DCT as we have seen "D7" on
There are also some exterior features such as a new chrome piece on the C-pilar (pictured below) as well as bigger wheels and brakes with red calipers.
But the biggest clue that we're in front of a Proceed Shooting Brake GT variant is the chrome insert on the handlebars (pictured above).
Even if this car still has a lot of camouflage, it is thinner and we can take a deeper look at the rear, which is similar to a recent sketch with a full-length LED strip on the tailgate and an aggressive rear bumper, on the side.
Power is expected to come from a 1.6-liter four-cylinder turbocharger delivering around 200 horsepower, or possibly add a petrol turbo with an electric motor (tbc).
The new ProCeed follows the design philosophy behind the 2017 Kia Proceed concept and will offer drivers an unparalleled combination of design and versatility.
The new Kia ProCeed was unveiled at the event on September 13th and will make its debut at the Mondial de l'Auto in Paris 2018 on October 2nd.
