A few days ago, the first photos of the uncamouflaged Kia Telluride, the already well-publicized South Korean SUV, were shown. Now you can show photos in higher quality, which are made entirely in South Korea.

Kia has attempted to transform the now-remembered "muscular" bodywork that was shown to consumers in the Telluride concept car. The production version retains the concept's trend, resulting in a more radical look than any other Kia currently in production.
The main design aspects of the Telluride concept included a commitment to boxy shapes, a rectangular front grille, pumped arches and chrome window trim.
Despite this, Kia ditched the headlight design they had previously proposed, when compared between the final Telluride design and the concept car.
The similarity between concept and production is still visible, as can be clearly seen in the spy shots, in the chrome doors or the implementation of the rear.
Platform
However, our experts are not sure that the new car is still based on the Telluride concept platform, and is not made on a conventional front-wheel drive version or on the K9 platform with an additional HTRAC AWD system.
