However, alongside the new 2019 Ram 1500, the 2019 Ram 1500 Classic will be produced and sold.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen we launch the new 2019 Ram 1500, we don\u2019t want to move away from a key part of the light truck market,\u201d explained Mike Manley, Head of Ram Brand \u2013 FCA. &quot;Ram will continue to produce the 1500 Classic aimed at commercial buyers.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>Ram says the 1500 Classic has a number of exclusive features that are most important to pickup buyers. The manufacturer points to the feedback rear suspension and the RamBox system, which makes it easier to transport loads. Since opening in 1938, the company has produced more than 12.5 million pickup trucks.
