The all-new Kia e-Niro will offer owners a range of up to 485 kilometers (301 miles) without recharging when it goes on sale across Europe in late 2018. The E-Niro, Kia's first fully-introduced e-Niro

European WLTP combined cycle homologations have confirmed a range of 485 km for the e-Niro when powered by a 64 kWh lithium-ion polymer battery.

When sales begin, the e-Niro will be one of the most powerful electric cars available, combining driving pleasure, attractive design, crossover and zero-emission powertrain.

The models, equipped with a 64 kWh long-range battery pack, are paired with a 150 kW (204 hp) engine that develops 395 Nm of torque, allowing the e-Niro to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 7.8 seconds.

The e-Niro system provides owners with a range of technologies to improve battery efficiency and vehicle range, including regenerative braking, directional control (CGC) and predictive energy forecasting (PEC).

The E-Niro will be covered by Kia's industry-leading 7-year, 150,000-kilometer warranty as standard.
