Сегодня мы хотим поделиться с вами новым рендерингом внедорожника Hyundai Tucson следующего поколения после того, как появились последние шпионские снимки, потерявшие много камуфляжа..
What do we know so far?
Now we're getting a better idea of what the next generation Tucson looks like with the heavy camouflage off the front bumper.
We were left with an almost Hyundai-like Palisade. We still see the turn signal and DRLs up and down, reserved for a single projector with possibly more decorative lighting, but in a smaller size. The headlight is also smaller, but with sharper lines, and is not a horizontal rectangle like a palisade. Although the palisade is still similar to the front windows next to the headlights. It's hard to say, but the turn signals also have an air vent.
The front grill has a different design to its larger sibling, and it could be a brand new design we haven't seen before. Right below we see this smaller and much wider bottom grill. We can only speculate on the final design, but it will be a much more aggressive design compared to its current generation, hopefully we'll get some renders soon.
The next generation Tucson will be powered by an all-new 2.5-liter Theta3 engine with an 8-speed automatic transmission. Hyundai plans to use the Theta3 N/A & Turbo 2.5-lite engine as the base engine in the US market.
Hyundai Motor and its affiliates are in the process of upgrading lines and supply lines of the Alabama plant as the company decided to build Hyundai's next generation Tucson (codenamed NX4) in 2020. Tucson will also expand its pickup lineup. and will offer a pickup derivative from 2021.
More than 60 percent of sales in the US auto market have chosen the SUV, so they will build the Tucson at their plant in Alabama, with Elantra and Sonata sales expected to decline. Currently, the plant in Alabama produces only three models - Santa Fe, Sonata and Elantra (Korean name: Avante).
