После того, как мы увидели много утечек изнутри интерьера Genesis GV80, всегда с классическим спидометром, сегодня у нас есть первое доказательство того, что Genesis также предложит цифровой кластер внутри своего первого роскошного внедорожника..
What do we know so far?
The specs and dimensions of the Genesis GV80 were leaked during service training, and the entire engine line-up will include a 2.5-liter Turbo Theta III with 304 hp, a 3.5-liter Turbo Lambda III with 380 hp. and a new 3.0 V6 diesel engine with 278 engines. HP
The GV80 measures 4945mm long, 1975mm wide and 1715mm high.
Genesis unveiled the GV80 concept as a fuel cell vehicle at the 2017 New York Auto Show. It is speculated to be the first crossover added to the brand's SUV lineup, despite the brand needing to have two additional crossovers to balance the product menu that has been introduced by sedans that are highly priced but have struggled to generate sales momentum in the dominant truck market.
The prototypes showed similar stripes to what we saw on the concept car and confirmed that the production version would use elements of the GV80 concept such as Quad LED headlights and taillights or a front grille, but today we want to talk about the interior. It was a part that was always covered with a high level of camouflage, but always with a small gap that could be for a vent or for light.
There are also speculations that the 2.2-litre diesel engine will be replaced by a new 3.0-litre V6 diesel engine. In addition to the internal combustion engine, the new GV80 should also include an electric powertrain.
Some consumers are waiting for Genesis to launch a purely electric vehicle, but this is unlikely due to the fact that we have not yet seen any Hyundai Motor electric vehicle that is larger than small or medium-sized cars. Models equipped with a 48V mild hybrid system are more likely to be added to the lineup than pure electric vehicles.
Global brand chief Manfred Fitzgerald told Automotive News in March that the three-row crossover could arrive in late 2019 or early 2020, and we recently spotted the first test mule of the brand's second SUV, the GV70.
The GV70 crossover will quickly follow the big GV80. If the GV80 arrives on schedule in late 2019, early 2020, the GV70 could arrive in a couple of months. A third SUV was included in a planned product Hyundai showed reporters last year in South Korea, and it could join the lineup in 2021.
